                                                <p></p><p></p><p></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 相对于单独的买鸡翅中或鸡翅根,我更喜欢买整个的鸡翅,然后将鸡翅根、中、尖分开归类进行料理。一样大小的形状不仅便于烹饪,而且也会显得规整美观。</p><p></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;照烧鸡一般都会用鸡腿来制作,这次我用的是鸡翅根,虽然比较迷你,但是味道也一点不逊色哦。<center><img src="http://home.meishichina.com/image/face/23.gif"/></center></p><p></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/6/14020614124433.jpg" title="IMG_4041.JPG"/></center></p><p></p><p>【材料】</p><p></p><p>鸡翅根---------3根 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 蜂蜜---------1/2勺 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;生抽----------1勺 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;料酒----------2勺 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;五香粉---------适量 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;盐------------适量 &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>洋葱----------少许 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;糖------------适量 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 味精---------适量 &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/6/14020624641927.jpg" title="IMG_4023.JPG"/></center></p><p></p><p>【做法】</p><p>1、鸡翅根洗净,去掉骨头。</p><p>2、处理好的鸡翅肉加入料酒、盐、五香粉抓匀,腌制30分钟。</p><p>3、洋葱切丝备用。</p><p>4、料酒、蜂蜜、生抽、糖、味精搅拌均匀成照烧酱汁。</p><p>5、锅中倒油烧热,将鸡肉皮朝下,边煎制边用铲子按压。</p><p>6、待表皮金黄后,翻面,将两面都煎至金黄。</p><p>7、煎好的鸡肉推至锅边,倒入洋葱丝煸炒至断生。</p><p>8、倒入照烧酱汁,鸡翅和洋葱小火不停翻炒,以免糊锅,待酱汁收得差不多时即可起锅。</p><p>9、煎好的鸡肉和洋葱放到米饭上,再摆上一些配菜,一道香喷喷的日式照烧鸡饭就完成了↖(^ω^)↗</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/6/14020625389662.jpg" title="IMG_4024.JPG"/></center></p><p>准备材料</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/6/14020625803961.jpg" title="IMG_4025.JPG"/></center></p><p>腌制</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/6/14020626022445.jpg" title="IMG_4027.JPG"/></center></p><p>调酱汁</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/6/14020626546498.jpg" title="IMG_4029.JPG"/></center></p><p>煎制</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/6/14020626945743.jpg" title="IMG_4032.JPG"/></center></p><p>调味收汁</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;鸡翅相对鸡腿比较小,不用改刀就可以直接摆盘了(*^__^*) 嘻嘻……</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/6/14020613788227.jpg" title="IMG_4037.JPG" style="font-size: 20px; "/></center></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/6/14020628308404.jpg" title="IMG_4034.JPG"/></center></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/6/14020627915002.jpg" title="IMG_4036.JPG"/></center></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
