                                                <p>我和老公都爱吃这道菜,个人认为比青椒好吃多了...............</p><p>先来张成品图哟.</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/10/14023800636280.jpg" title="20130926_190234.jpg"/></center>1、细长辣椒、前腿肉、豆豉、花椒、蒜</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/10/14023801485745.jpg" title="20130926_184437.jpg"/></center></p><p>2、肉先用水煮熟。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/10/14023803055966.jpg" title="20130926_184451.jpg"/></center></p><p>3、肉切片、蒜切粒、辣椒切斜丝备用(肉没煮透哦)</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/10/14023802365909.jpg" title="20130926_185327.jpg"/></center></p><p>4、锅烧热先把辣椒炒熟|(炒时放少许油和盐)</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/10/14023804138031.jpg" style="float:none;" title="20130926_185553.jpg"/></center></p><p>5、炒好后铲起来备用。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/10/14023804753180.jpg" title="20130926_185646.jpg"/></center></p><p>6、再热锅下少许油,把肥点的肉先在锅了炸油出来就不会这么肥了。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/10/14023805474015.jpg" title="20130926_185758.jpg"/></center>7、待肥肉炸的差不多时可以铲起来不要,之后下蒜、豆豉、炒香</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/10/14023806671612.jpg" title="20130926_185848.jpg"/></center>8、炒香后下切好的肉片翻炒至熟</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/10/14023807051533.jpg" title="20130926_185918.jpg"/></center>9、炒二三分钟熟后下之前备用的辣椒。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/10/14023807433929.jpg" title="20130926_190027.jpg"/></center>10、辣椒下锅后,倒少许料酒、生抽沿锅边洒一圈,去去腥,提提香味。加少许盐就可以出锅了。(微辣微辣的吃起来很下饭哦!)</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/10/14023808965859.jpg" title="20130926_190234.jpg"/></center></p>
