"/>2、蛋白的打发,首先打蛋盆一定要是无水无油的盆,再者,细砂糖一定是要分三次加入,第一次打至大泡时加三分之一,第二次打到小鱼泡泡再加三分之一,最后到稍微有文理的时候再加入剩下的砂糖就可以了。<br style="word-wrap: break-word; "/>3、淡奶油的打发,此款奶油蛋糕上面的花特别重要,奶油太软的话,裱出来的花不是很好看,所以淡奶油可以尽量打发的硬一些,这样裱出来的花会非常有立体感。 <p></p>
