millecrepe是用可丽饼做的千层蛋糕,由于中间可以有各种夹馅(水果的、还有奥利奥饼干的。。。),所以口味自然是令人向往。网络上的图片更是让人“想入非非”,口水狂流。</P><p><center><img name="image_operate_26501402535523968" /></p><p>为了消耗我买的马斯卡彭奶酪,决定做最原始的提拉米苏巧克力味的千层蛋糕。究竟要多少层才好呢,最好是20层。</P><p><center><img name="image_operate_28521402534599640" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/good/2014/11/20/20141120211924447.jpg" width="690" height="460" alt="让人迷醉的法式提拉米苏千层蛋糕" title="让人迷醉的法式提拉米苏千层蛋糕" /></center></p><p></p><p>可丽饼配料:6个(大约24张饼)</p><p>鸡蛋6个</P><p>牛奶 3杯</p><p>水270g</P><p>糖4大勺半</p><p>盐 少许</p><p>香草精 3小勺</p><p>黄油 60g</p><p>面粉(我用的是中粉) 3杯(360g)</p><p></p><p>提拉米苏馅心:</p><p>马斯卡彭奶酪 250g</p><p>巧克力 120g</p><p>淡奶油 100g</p><p></p><p>表面装饰:</p><p>4张可丽饼</p><p>樱桃 适量</p><p>做法:</p><p>1、在放入鸡蛋的盆里加入牛奶和水。用手动打蛋器搅拌一下。<br alt="让人迷醉的法式提拉米苏千层蛋糕" title="让人迷醉的法式提拉米苏千层蛋糕" /></center><br /><br />最后放上四张折叠的可丽饼。装饰樱桃即可。</P><p>tip:在煎饼的时候,面糊随时搅拌,要不容易沉底,后面的可丽饼面糊会太厚。</p><p>煎饼的时候不要每张都在煎锅里涂油,烙几张饼后,涂点油就可以。</P><p></p><p><center><img
