                                                <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;在老家西安,一到夏季,街头随处可见这种小吃。以前在家的时候还经常做,到了南方十几年竟然一次都没做过。上次在电视上看到,又勾起了我的馋虫。其实这就是凉粉另一种的做法。<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/19/14031548283699.jpg" title="IMG_0068.JPG" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; float: none;"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/19/14031548218334.jpg" title="IMG_0067.JPG" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; float: none;"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/19/14031548351512.jpg" title="IMG_0069.JPG" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; float: none;"/></center></p><p>材料:豌豆粉100克,水600克</p><p>做法:1.豌豆粉用200克水活成稀糊状。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2.另取一口锅,把剩下的400克水倒入,烧开。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3.把凉粉水再搅拌均匀,倒入烧开水的锅中,用铲子快速搅拌,直到淀粉水变透明,熟透。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/19/14031548501178.jpg" title="光影魔术手拼图1.jpg" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; float: none;"/></center></p><p>4.取一蒸笼,(眼最好大一点),下面的盆里倒入凉开水,把蒸笼架在盆上,把凉粉倒入蒸笼中,用铲子搅拌凉粉糊,凉粉糊就会自己落入下面的盆中。形似小鱼。</p><p>5.把漏好的鱼鱼控干水分。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/19/14031548071009.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_0044.JPG"/></center></p><p>6.黄瓜擦成丝,大蒜捣成泥,先加香油搅拌,再加生抽,醋调匀,倒入鱼鱼中搅拌均匀就可以了。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/19/140315481322.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_0061.JPG"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201406/19/14031548467835.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_0070.JPG"/></center></p><p></p><p></p>
