细腻,也能接受。好奇怪的说,同事们还是比较喜欢吃这款咸味面包,都说比甜的好吃,真是一个人一个口味,我自己倒是比较喜欢甜的面包。</p><p>
<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/13/14052431628408.jpg" title="DSC_6848_副.jpg"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p>主料:</p><p>清水190克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>黄油20克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>奶粉10克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>盐5克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>糖15克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>酵母3克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>高筋面粉300克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>辅料:</p><p>小葱1根&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>叉烧粒100克&nbsp; </p><p>1、将材料放入面包桶内,液体先放,后放粉类。</p><p>2、细砂糖放在面包桶的一个角落。</p><p>3、盐放在细砂糖的对角。</p><p>4、在面粉中间挖个洞,放入酵母,再用粉盖起来。</p><p>5、然后将面包桶装入面包机内。</p><p>6、启动和面程序揉面20分钟,结束后检查一下面团已经到达了扩展程度。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/13/1405243266227.jpg" title="IMG20140626012_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p>7、再加入软化的黄油。</p><p>8、再次选择和面功能20分钟,在还剩5分钟时加入叉烧粒和小葱。</p><p>9、将和好的面团取出,滚圆松弛15分钟。</p><p>10、将松弛好面团擀成片。</p><p>11、然后由上至下的卷起。</p><p>12、放入面包桶内。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/13/14052433264078.jpg" title="IMG20140626024_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p>13、将面包桶装入面包机内,发酵至七分满。</p><p>14、再刷上蛋液。</p><p>15、启动面包机的烘烤功能,设定45分钟。</p><p>16、45分钟后基本烤熟了。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/13/14052433724663.jpg" title="IMG20140626044_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/13/1405243394635.jpg" title="DSC_6843_副.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/13/14052434294360.jpg" title="DSC_6849_副.jpg"/></center></p><p>小贴士:</p><p>现在天气比较热,可以温室发酵,如果是冬天可以用面包机的发酵功能来发酵。
