肉末豆角
<p> 由于工作原因，好久都没有上传菜菜了，难得今天有时间，可是发现拍出来的照片不理想..........不过依然想上传，想分享那份心情</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/18/14056794003613.jpg" title="201407182277.jpg"/></center></p><p> 材料：豆角、肉末、葱碎、姜碎、蒜碎、辣椒、料酒、生抽、香油、五香粉、植物油、 盐</p><p> 1 将豆角洗净、切段、控干水分备用</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/18/14056803634215.jpg" title="201407182261.jpg"/></center></p><p> 2 将猪肉切末，放入少许料酒、生抽、香油、五香粉、葱碎、姜碎、搅拌均匀备用</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/18/14056805397384.jpg" title="201407182262 - 副本.jpg"/></center></p><p> 3 将蒜切末、辣椒切段备用</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/18/14056807555636.jpg" title="201407182264.jpg"/></center> 4 锅内放入植物油，油烧热倒入豆角，将豆角炸至表皮变皱，捞出沥油</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/18/14056809429346.jpg" title="201407182269.jpg"/></center></p><p> 5 另起锅倒油烧热，爆香辣椒段、蒜末</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/18/14056811678922.jpg" title="201407182271.jpg"/></center></p><p> 6 放入猪肉末、盐炒香（如果你喜欢还可以放一些辣豆瓣酱和少许白糖）</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/18/14056813463423.jpg" title="201407182274.jpg"/></center> 7 最后将豆角放入炒匀即可</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/18/14056814118526.jpg" title="201407182275.jpg"/></center></p><p> 一道很下饭的小炒就这样搞定了，简单、好吃能管饱</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/18/14056818703785.jpg" title="201407182281.jpg"/></center></p><p> 老公今晚上夜班，这是给他做的晚饭，有些日子没给他好好做饭了，他上班的时候都是吃食堂餐，难得这个月可以休个暑假，从内心告诉自己一定要好好改善一下他的伙食，好好尽一尽做媳妇的责任。</p>
