                                                <p><center><img title="DSC_4734.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/20/14058497538712.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img title="DSC_4735.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/20/14058497551822.jpg"/></center></p><p>材料:猪肠粉4条、鱼松10克、葱花3克。</p><p>调料:生抽2汤匙、蚝油1汤匙、清水3汤匙。</p><p>做法:1、准备好猪肠粉、鱼松、葱花;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2、将猪肠粉打开;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3、先散入鱼松,再放入葱花;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4、由下方开始卷起;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5、盘子均匀涂上一层油;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 6、水煮沸,大火蒸五分钟,熄火,虚蒸三分钟;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 7、提前将蚝油、生抽、清水搅均,热锅倒入调料水,小火煮至汁浓稠;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 8、蒸好的肠粉,切成段;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 9、淋上调料汁,即可。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><center><img style="WIDTH: 429px; HEIGHT: 281px" title="1.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/20/14058497704211.jpg" width="621" height="462"/></center></p><p><center><img title="DSC_4724.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/20/140584977286.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img title="DSC_4736.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/20/14058497732222.jpg"/></center></p><p></p>
