&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>辅料:</p><p>食用油少许&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>盐适量&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>沙拉酱适量&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p>1、准备所需材料,番茄洗净切成丁。</p><p>2、将鸡蛋打散,然后加入番茄。</p><p>3、加入适量的盐,再将鸡蛋和番茄打搅均匀。</p><p>4、把锅烧热,加入适量的油,再倒入番茄鸡蛋。</p><p>5、然后用小火把鸡蛋摊熟,放凉切成四方形备用。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/21/14059540574968.jpg" title="DSC02432_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>6、吐司切去四边,取一片吐司挤上沙拉酱。</p><p>7、放上一块摊好的番茄鸡蛋。</p><p>8、再放上一块火煺。</p><p>9、然后放上一片吐司,再挤上沙拉酱放上一片番茄鸡蛋,再放一片吐司。再将一片火腿放在面上。然后用刀对角切开。</p><p>10、将做好的三明治放烤盘内。烤箱预热160度,放中层烤15分钟左右。将烤好的吐司取出稍微放凉。</p><p>11、最后在表面挤上沙拉酱装饰即可。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/21/14059543329850.jpg" title="DSC02440_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/21/14059544974323.jpg" title="DSC_5294_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/21/14059545193320.jpg" title="DSC_5291_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>小贴士:</p><p> 烤箱的温度要根据自家的调节,我烤箱的温度严重偏高了。
