<p><strong><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="DSC07105.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/22/140603315352.jpg"/></center></strong></p><p><strong> 四季豆常年都有卖,今年自家四季豆大丰收,妈妈把四季豆煮一煮放进冰箱冷冻,能吃很久呢。</strong></p><p><strong> 这不,今天拿出一包,做个四季豆炒肉,很是不错。</strong></p><p><strong><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="DSC07106.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/22/14060331465061.jpg"/></center></strong></p><p><strong>食材:四季豆250g,里脊肉150g,四季豆,盐,鸡精,豆瓣酱,水淀粉,酱油,醋,花椒,蒜瓣,姜</strong></p><p><strong>做法:</strong></p><p><strong>1、里脊肉切丝加水淀粉、食用油、酱油、醋、豆瓣酱、盐、鸡精拌匀,四季豆切丝,蒜瓣、姜切末;</strong></p><p><strong><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="DSC07099.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/22/14060331472904.jpg"/></center></strong></p><p><strong>2、热锅热油,下肉丝炒至断红,乘出备用;</strong></p><p><strong><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="DSC07100.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/22/14060331499120.jpg"/></center></strong></p><p><strong>3、锅中留油,放入四季豆、姜蒜末、花椒翻炒;</strong></p><p><strong><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="DSC07102.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/22/1406033150298.jpg"/></center></strong></p><p><strong>4、倒入炒好的肉丝,小火炒匀即可。</strong></p><p><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="DSC07103.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/22/14060331523774.jpg"/></center></p><p> </p><p></p>
