清凉.爽口.拍青瓜
<p>拍青瓜是一道家常凉菜,清凉,酸辣,爽口。适合夏季食用。天气炎热没什么胃口,儿子说要伴个青瓜让他吃,所以今天就拍个青瓜来醒醒胃。哈~~~</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/30/14067022718876.jpg" title="IMG_20140730_112227.jpg"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/30/14067023128032.jpg" title="IMG_20140730_112310.jpg"/></center>材料:青瓜(两条) 芝麻油(适量) 蒜头(三粒) 苹果醋(适量)</p><p> 辣椒(两个) 芝麻(少量) 白糖(适量) 酱油(适量) 盐(少量)</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/30/14067028361353.jpg" style="width: 250px; height: 140px; " title="IMG_20140730_105935.jpg" width="250" height="140" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"/></center></p><p>1.食材准备;青瓜放冰箱冷藏最好超过2-3小时,青瓜清洗干净,酸辣椒,蒜头剥好拍开。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/30/14067028374127.jpg" style="width: 250px; height: 140px; " title="IMG_20140730_110253.jpg" width="250" height="140" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"/></center> </p><p>2. 放在案板上用刀切开两半,然后拍开,再切成块。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/30/14067028381812.jpg" style="width: 250px; height: 140px; " title="IMG_20140730_110516.jpg" width="250" height="140" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"/></center></p><p>3. 放入盘里,加入盐,蒜,辣椒腌十分钟后,青瓜会腌出水,把盘里的水倒掉。加入准备好的料腌制。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201407/30/14067031838447.jpg" title="IMG_20140730_112242.jpg" width="250" height="140" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 250px; height: 140px; "/></center></p><p>4.取另一只盘装起,加入芝麻装饰。即可食用。</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>注:青瓜一定要放冰箱后才会更脆,选用的苹果醋,味不会太酸,糖少少就够来提味。</p><p></p>
