                                                <p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/8/140746503629.jpg" title="DSC_4945_副本.jpg" style="font-family: 楷体, 楷体_GB2312, SimKai; font-size: 18px; line-height: 22px; text-align: center; white-space: normal;"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 外出时正好遇到卖小白菜的商贩,在这个季节能吃到小白菜也是非常难得的,一般要到9月份才能买到,因此毫不犹豫的买下一把,回家就做了这道小白菜拌花生米。新鲜的小白菜口感非常脆嫩,十分爽口。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/8/14074651355635.jpg" title="DSC_4943_副本.jpg" style="font-family: 楷体, 楷体_GB2312, SimKai; font-size: 18px; line-height: 22px; text-align: center; white-space: normal;"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 主料:小白菜400克,花生米100克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 辅料:油,盐,生抽,醋,绵白糖</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 做法:</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 1.小白菜用清水洗净,用淡盐水浸泡半小时,</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 2.花生米用炒锅,炒熟,</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 3.将洗净的小白菜沥水后,切成小段,</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 4.加1小勺盐,</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 5.加2汤匙醋,</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 6.加1汤匙生抽,</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 7.加1小勺白糖,</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 8.用筷子拌匀,</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 9.装盘,撒上花生米即可。此菜要现拌现吃,不然小白菜腌出水就不好吃了。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/8/14074655292750.jpg" title="DSCF8725_拼图_副本.jpg"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/8/14074651002403.jpg" title="DSC_4947_副本.jpg" style="line-height: 22px; text-align: center; white-space: normal; font-family: 楷体, 楷体_GB2312, SimKai; font-size: 18px;"/></center></p>
