                                                <p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/9/14075672327539.jpg" title="DSC_4825_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 对于孕妇、老人和小孩来说,虾皮和豆腐都是补钙的佳品,而且非常容易消化吸收,用虾皮炒豆腐,做法简单,又很好吃。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/9/14075672519047.jpg" title="DSC_4827_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 主料:北豆腐400克,虾皮20克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 辅料:油,盐,葱花,蚝油,酱油</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 工具:平底锅</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 做法:</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 1.北豆腐提前用淡盐水浸泡1小时,可以增加豆腐的韧性,避免炖时易碎的问题,然后切成小块,</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 2.平底锅中倒油,中火加热,下虾皮炸香,</p><p></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 3.待虾皮炸至金黄色,下葱花炒香,加1汤匙蚝油,加少许酱油,</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 4.下入北豆腐块,</p><p></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 5.加小半碗水,烧开,</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 6.加1汤匙蚝油,</p><p></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 7.加小半勺盐,</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 8.加少许酱油,</p><p></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 9.炖至汤汁收浓即可。因为虾皮、蚝油和酱油都含有盐,所以要酌量放盐,避免口味过咸,影响健康。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/9/14075672099699.jpg" title="0DSCF8530_拼图_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/9/14075672697699.jpg" title="DSC_4824_副本.jpg" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: center; white-space: normal; float: none;"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/9/14075673039726.jpg" title="DSC_4830_副本.jpg" style="float: none;"/></center></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
