                                                <p></p><p></p><p></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;海南的夏天,椰子上市的季节,破开一个椰子,微甜的椰汁沁人心田,没有比这更好的天然饮料了,连带果肉榨成的椰奶,冰镇过后,混合着绿豆、坚果和芋圆,便是夏日夜市里不可少的椰汁清补凉。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/12/14078477439393.jpg" title="IMG_4293.JPG"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 细数下来椰子真是浑身是宝呢,椰肉不仅能做点心,还可以入菜。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/12/14078477874165.jpg" title="IMG_4289.JPG"/></center></p><p></p><p>【材料】</p><p></p><p>椰子 &nbsp; 1个 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 鸡肉 &nbsp; &nbsp;200克 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 柠檬叶 &nbsp; 3片 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 姜 &nbsp; &nbsp;1小块</p><p>盐 &nbsp; 1/2 匙 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;鱼露 &nbsp; &nbsp;适量</p><p></p><p>【做法】</p><p></p><p>1、首先将椰子处理一下,前后两端削平,在上方1/4处开口将椰汁倒出,椰肉刮出备用。</p><p>2、鸡肉切块,锅中烧水将鸡肉汆烫后捞起。</p><p>3、将鸡肉、柠檬叶、椰肉、姜块、盐和鱼露一并装入椰子壳中,最后倒入椰汁。</p><p>4、椰壳开口处盖上保鲜膜,入锅大火蒸1小时就可以了。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/12/14078482232448.jpg" title="IMG_4280a.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/12/14078482673897.jpg" title="IMG_4282a.jpg"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/12/14078483081440.jpg" title="IMG_4284a.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;PS:椰子尽量选取嫩一些的,这样才好破开,椰肉也比较容易刮下来</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/12/14078485651488.jpg" title="IMG_4296.JPG"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 掀开保鲜膜的一瞬,柠檬叶的香气扑鼻而来<center><img src="http://home.meishichina.com/image/face/16.gif"/></center></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/12/14078485893497.jpg" title="IMG_4288.JPG"/></center></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
