                                                <p>夏天就是芒果的季节,芒果做成的甜,香甜而不腻,对于一个芒果控来说,真的不用多说,只要行动就可以了</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/15/14080718973307.jpg" title="30_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>芒果芝士蛋糕</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 戚风六寸:</p><p></p><p>食材:鸡蛋2个、低筋面粉&nbsp;28克、牛奶16克、植物油16克、糖粉20克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;做法:</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1、蛋黄蛋白分离,面粉过筛,蛋黄依次加入牛奶,面粉,三分之一糖粉,植物油搅</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 拌均匀</p><p></p><p></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;2、蛋白分别三次加入余下的糖粉打发</p><p></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3、蛋黄蛋白混合上下搅拌</p><p></p><p></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4、入模,160度烤20分钟</p><p></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;5、取出倒扣放凉后做分层</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/15/14080715063087.jpg" title="QQ图片20140617093742_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>芒果芝士层:</p><p>食材:奶油奶酪&nbsp;150克、淡奶油150克、吉利丁片10克、糖粉45克、牛奶50克、芒果适量</p><p>做法:</p><p>1、奶油奶酪加入30克牛奶和30克糖粉隔水溶化,余下20克牛奶加吉利丁片隔水溶化</p><p>2、芒果去皮切粒,淡奶油加入余下的糖粉打至五成发放冰箱待用</p><p>3、奶油奶酪加热后打至顺滑无颗粒</p><p>4、加入已溶化的吉利丁液打至顺滑</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/15/14080713655588.jpg" title="IMG_20140801_214030_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>5、奶油奶酪与淡奶油混合搅拌至完全融合</p><p>6、入模,先放一层蛋糕,再放芒果作中间层,盖上一层奶酪糊,放冰箱4小时至凝固</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/15/14080718111848.jpg" title="QQ图片20140617093752.jpg"/></center></p><p>7、在表面撒上巧克力粉即可</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/15/14080718757664.jpg" title="30_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p>
