                                                <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;快手早餐—腌粉<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/19/14084157848952.jpeg" title="20140808113444281.jpeg"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/19/14084158884207.jpg" title="5243fbf2b211931379575ddb65380cd7902397dda144ad79.jpg"/></center> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;要说梅州最出名的是什么? &nbsp;当然是客家腌面了.....</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;色香味倶全,配上我们这里的特产之一:炸蒜容,此炸蒜容非彼炸蒜容</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;据说外面是没有卖的,炸蒜容非常香,很远都可以闻到,所以放的时候</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;可以少放些....<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/19/14084164409368.jpg" title="proxy.jpg"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/19/14084165753148.jpg" title="d53f8794a4c27d1eebe19aaf1bd5ad6edcc451da80cb00a9.jpg"/></center> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;[&nbsp;腌粉 ]蒜香,酱香,芝麻香 &nbsp;2小份</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;原料:米粉一块,盐1~2克,鱼露几滴,酱油适量,芝麻油几滴,炸蒜蓉</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;一茶匙,水,切好的葱花适量</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;做法:</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1.锅里加水煮沸后,放入米粉【最好是生碱面比较好,我这是懒得出门了</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 所以用的是米粉一样好吃,也还可以用河粉来煮&nbsp; &nbsp;】,煮至熟透</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2.煮熟的米粉立刻捞出,用冷水冲凉一下</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3.冲好的米粉沥干水分,装碗</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 4.先准备好调料</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 5.先掏1至2克盐放入米粉里,用筷子拌匀些</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 6.倒入几滴鱼露,用筷子拌匀些</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 7.倒入适量的酱油【可以多放些,能全部都上色就可以了】,用筷子拌匀</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 8.拌好的米粉</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 9.倒入几滴芝麻油【有条件的话,可以再加几滴猪油会更香】,用筷子拌匀</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;10.最后放一茶勺炸蒜容淋在上面,撒上一些葱花即可<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/19/14084179791945.jpg" title="25b24a844047428084659c1bf5935c8a.jpg"/></center> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;关于炸蒜容,亲们也可以尝试用生的蒜头切碎,晾干,放入烤箱里烤香<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/19/14084181096466.jpeg" title="20140808113404149.jpeg"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/19/14084181246846.jpeg" title="20140808113444281.jpeg"/></center></p><p></p>
