&nbsp; 做法:材料:高粉120克,低粉30克,奶粉6克,水70克,鸡蛋液15克,糖20克,盐2克,酵母3克,黄油15克,另鸡蛋液适量(刷表面用)</p><p>1、把所有原料放入面包桶,用一个和面程序。(放料顺序:水,鸡蛋液,糖和盐对角放,所有粉类,酵母),一个程序结束后放入黄油,再进行一个和面程序。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/24/14088537662354.jpg" style="width: 190px; height: 143px; "/></center></p><p>4、把圆球按扁,擀成长舌型,用到在中间切4刀,注意一定要把底下的面皮也切断,里面的豆沙才能露出来,才好看,两头不能切断。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/24/14088545565991.jpg" style="width: 190px; height: 143px; "/></center></p><p>5、然后像扭麻花一样扭起来,再两端捏合,注意一定要捏紧,否则再次发酵时容易散开来,依次做好6个,放在铺好油纸的烤盘上再次发酵至2倍大。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/24/14088547655894.jpg" style="width: 190px;
