src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/29/14093059985247.jpg"/></center></p><p><strong>用月饼模罩住月饼坯子球,轻轻将手柄压下去,拿起来轻轻一推就脱出来了。很清晰,特别漂亮。注意,手粉别放太多,会影响美观。我用的是炒熟的面粉。</strong></p><p><strong><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/29/14093063839467.jpg"/></center></strong></p><p><strong>烤箱预热10分钟,将盛有月饼坯的烤盘放入烤箱,表面喷上水雾,220度烤8分钟,取出晾5分,表面刷上蛋液(一个蛋黄加一大勺蛋清调匀)一次刷匀,别来回抹。一遍!再放入烤箱烤8-10分钟,取出,晾凉。装入保鲜袋。三天回油。</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201408/29/14093077012229.jpg"/></center>&nbsp;<strong>注:要想花纹清晰,我的方法是做好月饼,盖上保鲜膜放一个二个小时,不用立即烤。这样,花会很漂亮,定型很好。</strong></p>
