&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>辅料:</p><p>柠檬汁数滴&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1、准备所需材料。</p><p>2、将10克白砂糖倒入软化的黄油中。</p><p>3、打搅至顺滑后加入酸奶。</p><p>4、然后拌匀。</p><p>5、再加入淡奶油。</p><p>6、再次拌匀。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/13/14132033613967.jpg" title="DSC02602_副本_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>7、分次加入鸡蛋黄,拌至鸡蛋黄完全混合后再加入下一个鸡蛋黄。</p><p>8、玉米淀粉和低筋面粉混合均匀,再筛入蛋糊中。</p><p>9、再将蛋黄糊拌至无颗粒。</p><p>10、蛋白滴入数滴柠檬汁,再将30克细砂糖分三次蛋白中打发至软性发泡,提起打蛋器蛋白成弯形。</p><p>11、将打发好的蛋白分三次加入蛋黄糊中。</p><p>12、拌至无颗粒状态。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/13/14132033765314.jpg" title="DSC02608_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>13、6寸蛋糕模用锡纸包上外层。</p><p>14、再倒入拌好的蛋糕糊。</p><p>15、然后坐烤盘中,烤盘内加1厘米高的温水。</p><p>16、预热烤箱160度,将蛋糕糊送入烤箱中层水浴法烤60分钟。</p><p>17、表面上色即可出炉。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/13/14132033876545.jpg" title="DSC02613_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/13/14132034078482.jpg" title="DSC_5566_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/13/14132034198387.jpg" title="DSC_5569_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>小贴士:</p><p>烤箱温度要根据自家调节,包蛋糕模的锡纸一定要包好,以免进水,可以包两层。
