/></p><p></P><p>很久以前,看过周润发和钟楚红演出的《秋天的童话》,故事的内容都模糊了,印象中的是秋天的斑斓色彩。如果一年四季有故事的话,秋天无疑是最最具有丰富内涵的,来块苹果派,呡口咖啡,讲述你自己的秋天的故事吧。<br /><center><img />博客有段时间没有更新了,最近喜欢画画,所以没有大块的时间浏览美食的网站了,而且电脑也歇菜,把我收藏的好多网站都吃掉了,不过我还是回来了,老地方老朋友。。。就像秋天一般令人难忘。<br /></P><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/good/2014/11/20/2014112021143641.jpg" />苹果派是我最喜欢做的,博客里起码有四五篇了,可是还是喜欢呢,前两天到宜家去吃蛋糕,发现自己喜欢的苹果派和杏仁蛋糕都木有了,哎,为什么呢?只有自己动手解馋了,下次弄个杏仁蛋糕,我买了daim巧克力糖,很好吃哟,准备用它来做原料。。。</P><p>苹果派配料:(适用23X33cm的烤盘)</p><p>派皮:</p><p>全麦面粉300g(我用280g的低粉外加20g的玉米淀粉取代)<br />100g 黄油</p><p>60g 猪油 (我用等量黄油取代)</p><p>蛋黄 1个</p><p>糖粉 40g</p><p>香草精 1大勺(你可用适量的水取代)</p><p></p><p>苹果馅:</p><p>苹果 2斤</p><p>新鲜柠檬汁 1个的量</p><p>糖 2大勺(我没有加,我用的苹果挺甜的)</p><p>肉桂粉 1小勺</p><p><br />玫瑰果酱 1/3杯(没有这种果酱,我用桂花酱取代了)</p><p>表面糖粉 适量<br /><br />做法:</p><p>先做派皮。</p><p>1、将室温黄油切小块,加入蛋黄。<br /><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/good/2014/11/20/2014112021143642.jpg" width="690" height="460" name="image_operate_92601414329292983" alt="秋天的童话___桂香苹果派" title="秋天的童话___桂香苹果派" /></center><br /></p><p>2、之后加入糖粉,筛入全麦粉(或者低粉和玉米粉),加入香草精,混合揉成团。注意别过度揉。冰箱冷藏1个小时。<br /><center><img /></p><p>3、将面团分成两部分,其中一部分擀开(最好夹在两张烘焙纸中间擀,这样不沾)放到垫烤纸的烤盘中。</p><p>我是17X28cm的烤盘,所以分割出340g的面团,分成两部分,剩余的面团做了两个小碗的苹果盅。<br /><center><img
