                                                <p>蒜容辣椒酱</p><p>‍</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/30/14146568473289.jpg" title="IMG_9646_副本.jpg" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; float: none;"/></center></p><p></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;每到秋天就会想到备一瓶辣椒酱过冬,在寒冷的冬天边吃火锅,边沾辣椒酱,真的暖暖在心窝,感觉特别开胃。可是广东的气候不太适合吃辣椒,因为比较容易上火,所以大部分人也没有这样的习惯。但是带辣味的菜在广东已深入民心,我也慢慢爱上辣辣的感觉。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;我做这份辣椒酱是特别的带广东味(甜),喜欢广东菜的朋友也可以尝尝,做法简单,保存时间长,重点是没有任何的添加剂,吃得特别放心,爱吃的朋友可以常来我家做客<center><img src="http://home.meishichina.com/image/face/3.gif"/></center>。</p><p></p><p>材料:</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;红长椒 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 250克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;指天椒 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 100克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;蒜头 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 100克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;白糖 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;120克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;盐 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 5克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;玉米油 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 100ML</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;高度白酒 &nbsp; &nbsp; 10ML</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/30/14146569596051.jpg" title="20141030_131510_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>1:先把辣椒清洗干净沥干所有水分备用;</p><p>2:把所有的辣椒头绿色部分切除,加入蒜头一并切成小段;</p><p>3:把辣椒和蒜头一并放入搅拌机,快速搅拌1分钟,途中稍微翻动一下搅拌机让辣椒更均匀搅碎;</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/30/14146568454891.jpg" title="20141030_134354_副本.jpg" style="float: none;"/></center></p><p>4:把锅放入玉米油烧开,倒入搅碎的辣椒和蒜蓉,慢火翻炒2分钟后加入白酒和糖,盐继续翻炒3分钟,辣椒酱就完成了。</p><p>5:装入事前准备的玻璃瓶,常温保存就可以了。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/30/14146568489242.jpg" title="IMG_9639_副本.jpg" style="float: none;"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201410/30/14146568934387.jpg" title="IMG_9648_副本.jpg" style="font-family: sans-serif;"/></center></p><p>小贴士:</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1:辣椒要挑新鲜的,无斑的,因为辣椒非常辣,所以在制作的过程建议带 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 上一次性手套,免得辣椒沾到手会很辣;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2:调味料部分,可以随个人爱好添加;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3:装辣椒酱的容器一定要干净,无水无油,最后装瓶后的辣椒酱,油一定 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 要全部淹没辣椒酱,不然辣椒酱容易变味;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4:做好的辣椒酱要密封一个月左右味道才好吃,途中不可以开封,辣椒酱 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;时间越久越香,食用中也可以适量加入酱油,味道会更香浓!</p>
