DispLAY: block" name="image_operate_85831415106033701" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/good/2015/01/14/20150114133043282.jpg" alt="红果果的诱惑,酸甜开胃惹人爱【桂花山楂酱】" title="红果果的诱惑,酸甜开胃惹人爱【桂花山楂酱】" height="685" width="490"/></center></p><p></p><p>制作山楂酱有几个注意事项和心得分享:</p><p>关于山楂去籽,山楂的籽集中在心中位置的四周部分,</p><p>可以用一根一头小一头大的普通中式木筷,先用小头从山楂的梗部位插入贯穿山楂,</p><p>再用大的一头再插一次,到了中心位置的时候左右捅一捅,这样籽就去掉了。</p><p>还有一种可以直接用刀像切苹果一样,将肉切成小块,留中间一个芯子,</p><p>这样少许有点浪费,不过更方便,更快速。</p><p>关于去籽之后的处理,去籽之后的山楂要挤上一些柠檬汁防氧化。</p><p>接着就是将山楂打成泥,如果有料理机之类的就最好了,</p><p>不过阿菇家只有一个十多年前的粉碎机,就将就用用吧,如果喜欢细腻的果酱,</p><p>最好把山楂泥打的碎一些,也可以做成颗粒感的果酱。</p><p>关于熬制山楂酱,阿菇喜欢用冰糖,不过最好先将冰糖融为糖水,</p><p>不然很容易刮伤面包机内壁,也可以用白砂糖等代替,</p><p>分量当然是随意调配,阿菇的建议是,先放一部分糖,</p><p>熬制一会之后再尝尝甜度,调节后面加的糖份,</p><p>不过山楂是很酸的东西,想要吃出甜味,糖加的真的很多,不可贪嘴哦。</p><p>接着就开始熬制了,熬制到浓稠状即可,加上些糖桂花,</p><p>在最后完成的时候放上些桂花干,超棒。</p><p>最后说一下山楂酱的储存,将容器用沸水煮好,晾干,</p><p>装入山楂酱,盖盖,倒扣,形成真空状态,可以保存一段时间。</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img style="TexT-ALiGn: center; DispLAY: block" name="image_operate_99261415107509399" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/good/2015/01/14/20150114133046286.jpg" alt="红果果的诱惑,酸甜开胃惹人爱【桂花山楂酱】" title="红果果的诱惑,酸甜开胃惹人爱【桂花山楂酱】" height="818" width="490"/></center><br/>1.将山楂洗净,去梗去籽</p><p>2.将山楂打碎或打成泥状,放入面包桶,挤入少许柠檬汁</p><p>3.面包机选择果酱功能,开始工作</p><p>4.准备适量冰糖,称重,放入小半碗水中,慢慢加热溶解</p><p>5.将糖水倒入桶中,面包机一边加热一边搅拌继续工作</p><p>6.大约加热30分钟左右,加入三大勺糖桂花</p><p>7.面包机继续工作,果酱越来越细腻,继续熬煮</p><p>8.将容器洗净,煮一锅开水,将容器放入煮5分钟消毒,取出沥干</p><p>9.45分钟之后,果酱熬煮完毕,浓稠状,撒上干桂花少许搅拌</p><p>10.装入容器中,盖盖倒扣冷却即可</p><p><br/></p>
