极至鲜美的--鲮鱼蒸蛋</p><p></p><p>在菜场看到鲮鱼,</p><p>被老板忽悠的如何如何好,</p><p>没有什么刺的.结果.上当了,刺很多.</p><p>不过有点倒没说错,那就是极度的鲜美.</p><p>下次决定用旺刺来炖,味道肯定也很不错,</p><p>而且刺很少.</p><p></p><p></p><p>鲮鱼的营养价值:</p><p>鲮鱼富含丰富的蛋白质、维生素A、钙、镁、硒等营养元素,肉质细嫩、味道鲜美。</p><p></p><p><center><img /></p><p>鲮鱼蒸蛋的做法:</p><p>材料: 鲮鱼两根 约半斤鸡蛋2个 葱花胡萝卜少许(点缀)</P><p>制作步骤:</p><p>1 将鲮鱼杀好洗干净,放点料酒姜片和盐,略盐20分钟备用;</p><p>2 将鱼放在深盘中,倒入蛋水比例1:1的蛋液;</p><p>3 入蒸锅,碗上盖一个盘子,冷水开始蒸,一直开大火;</p><p>5 大概7分钟后,撒上点胡萝卜片,再盖好,蒸3分钟即可;</p><p>6 出锅时候撒上点葱花,生抽,淋上点香油即可。</p><p><br /><center><img name="image_operate_15301289028900296" title="营养丰富wbr极至鲜美的--鲮鱼蒸蛋" /></center></p><p><br /></p><p>主妇心得:</p><p>1 鱼一定要新鲜的,不可以是冷冻的,不然会很腥气的;</p><p>2 这里的胡萝卜是起到点缀作用的,不喜欢放可以省去中间的这个道步骤;</p><p>3 胡萝卜本身生的也可以吃的,所以不用担心会不熟;</p><p>4 倒盖上一个盘子的步骤非常关键,这是蒸鸡蛋嫩滑的关键。</p><p>5 在鱼的选择上,可以选择刺少的汪刺鱼也不错;</p><p>6 在蒸这倒菜之前,将鱼提前的略腌制非常的有必要,可以很好的去腥气;</p><p>7 鱼不一定要象我这里这样放置,如果放不好,可以直接平放,比较省事情。</p><p><br /><center><img
