                                                <p>炒拉面</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/14152892155178.jpg" title="IMG_9666_副本_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;近段时间爱上了面条,因为发现了市场里有一家夫妻档做的面条非常新鲜,价格还很实惠,3元/斤,适合胃口不佳的瑶瑶小朋友。通常广东人吃面只有2种方法,一是放汤,二是炒,拌面就比较少,有事时间我也来研究一下广东有名的炸酱面。今天就简单的来一份鸡蛋炒拉面。</p><p>材料:</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 新鲜拉面 &nbsp; &nbsp; 500克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;瘦肉 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;100克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;鸡蛋 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2个</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;香葱 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 适量</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;酱油 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 适量</p><p>做法:</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1:先把水煮开,放入拉面煮5分钟左右,再浸泡10分钟,让拉面完全吸收水份,再用凉水冲洗一下把粘在拉面表面的面粉和黏性洗掉,晾干水备用;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2:猪肉切成丝,加入适量的淀粉,糖,盐,酱油,腌制15分钟;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3:放入适量的油把鸡蛋和猪肉炒熟备用;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/14152872652538.jpg" title="20141101_111353_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4:放入适量的油把香葱爆炒一下,放入拉面不断翻炒后加入适量的酱油继续翻炒,大概3分钟左右面条上色已均匀后加入鸡蛋和猪肉翻炒一下,炒拉面就可以上盘了。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/14152869772754.jpg" title="20141101_113717_副本.jpg" style="float: none;"/></center></p><p>在食用时可以随个人爱好加入其他酱料,海鲜酱,番茄酱,辣椒酱都可以,一款美味的炒面就完成了。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/14152871175579.jpg" title="20141101_121707_副本.jpg"/></center> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/1415286972541.jpg" title="IMG_9671_副本.jpg" style="float: none;"/></center></p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/1415289278697.jpg" title="IMG_9661_副本_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p></p>
