                                                <p>香葱梳打饼干</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/14152802289625.jpg" title="IMG_9751_副本_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;一直都想为LG做一款饼干放在办公室作为下午茶,可惜他要求有点高,低糖,低盐,低热量,哎.......,我暂时想到唯有梳打饼干了。一直拖延是因为没有网购小梳打粉,觉得它在生活上用途比较少所以就没买。LG一直让我帮他网购台湾ARJ的梳打饼干,说它的食物添加剂比较少,可惜这个品牌现在都在广东东莞生产了,国内生产的食品不太放心,反正现在有的是时间自己研究下DIY,结果第一次做就成功了,原来凡事用心就容易成功。卖相不太好看,味道却和我们小时候吃的香葱梳打没区别啊,就连诺诺小朋友都说和外面买的味道一样,颇感自满<center><img src="http://home.meishichina.com/image/face/14.gif"/></center>。</p><p>材料:</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;低筋面粉 &nbsp; 150克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 牛奶 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 80克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;植物油 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;30克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;酵母 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;小梳打粉 &nbsp; &nbsp;0.8克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;香葱 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 10克</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;盐 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2克</p><p>做法:</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1:先把牛奶用温水泡热到30度左右,加入酵母混合备用;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2:除香葱外,把其他材料混合揉成面团;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3:加入香葱后揉成面团,盖上保鲜膜静止20分钟;</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/14152791586583.jpg" title="20141106_150306_副本.jpg" style="float: none;"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/1415279157672.jpg" title="20141106_153756_副本.jpg" style="float: none;"/></center></p><p>4:20分钟后面团取出排气,擀成薄片;</p><p>5:表面覆盖油纸,连同硅胶垫整个反过来;</p><p>&nbsp; (薄薄的面很软,做好造型后移上油纸造型会容易变形影响外观,面团放在油纸上很难擀成薄片,暂时发现最好的方法就在硅胶垫上擀成薄片再转移到油纸上)</p><p>6:用饼干模分割成自己喜欢的造型,没有饼干模可以用刀切成小片;</p><p>7:用叉子叉上一些小孔,再静止10分钟;</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/14152793541568.jpg" title="20141106_160828_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>8:烤箱180度预热,中层上下火,先烤8分钟,看到表面上色后转160度烤5分钟,烤箱的温度多少都会有差别,请根据上色情况和软硬程度适当调节。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 这份日志的量可以做2盘的饼干,做第一盘的时候忘记在饼干上叉小孔了,所以卖相也有点差,自己做的饼干因为没有防腐剂所以很容易受潮,放凉后要入密封罐。</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/14152803445579.jpg" title="20141106_160918_副本.jpg" style="float: none;"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/14152803438001.jpg" title="IMG_9753_副本_副本.jpg" style="font-family: sans-serif; float: none;"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/6/1415280260427.jpg" title="IMG_9748_副本_副本.jpg"/></center></p>
