&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;准备的蛋糕食材有:鲜鸡蛋5个、色拉油50克、水50克、细砂糖70克、盐1克、低筋面粉85克。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;准备的翻糖食材有:干佩斯适量、干佩斯食用色素适量、食用白油适量。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;首先要来做蛋糕。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1、先将色拉油和水、盐倒入不锈钢盆中,再将5个鸡蛋进行蛋清蛋黄的分离,蛋黄放入有色拉油和水的盆中,注意千万不能将蛋黄和蛋清弄混,否则无法打发。<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/27/14170893333425.jpg" title="蛋黄.jpg" style="line-height: 1.6; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;13、放入烤箱中层,温度设定为15分钟,时间为165度即可出炉各家烤箱品牌不同,温度和时间略有不同,大家自行掌握一下。刚出炉的蛋糕会有些膨胀,晾凉后就会平下来。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/27/14170903367380.jpg" title="4出炉.jpg"/></center> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;14、在晾凉蛋糕的同时,我们可以准备翻糖的材料。我买的英国dab德伯进口干佩斯、食用白油和食用色素,因为毕竟是食品,当然选择安全的最好。买回来的干佩斯都是白色的,要用牙签蘸取适量的色素后揉捏干佩斯团,如有些许粘手,可以抹些白油继续揉捏,最后使色素充分揉和进去,干佩斯暴露在空气中很容易变硬,不使用的干佩斯一定要用保鲜膜包裹严实,方便下次取用。揉好的各种颜色是不是很像孩子们玩的橡皮泥,下面就可以和孩子们一起来玩啦!</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/27/14170906525253.jpg" title="5干佩斯.jpg"/></center> &nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201411/27/14170910297986.jpg" title="8白油.jpg"/></center> &nbsp;
