<p>阳光</p><p>沙滩</p><p>贝壳</p><p>......</p><p></p><p>家乡在海边,却不在海边长大。羡慕可以出海捕鱼、捞贝壳的小伙伴,却全不知当中的辛苦。</p><p>每每大伯给我们一些贝壳,尽管色泽不美,我们都兴奋不已。</p><p>今天这款蛋糕,和贝壳有点关联。</p><p>玛德琳蛋糕是一种法国风味的小甜点,又叫贝壳蛋糕。</p><p>做法简单,味道却很不一般哦!</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/2/14175334756345.jpg" title="IMG_0049_副本.jpg"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/2/14175335122094.jpg" title="IMG_0047_副本.jpg"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/2/14175335321875.jpg" title="IMG_0044_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>材料:</p><p>低筋面粉50g,细砂糖50g,柠檬皮屑1/4个,鸡蛋1个,黄油50g,泡打粉1.5g</p><p></p><p>制作过程:</p><p>1、半个柠檬皮切成屑,和细砂糖混合放置1个小时,待香味飘出即可使用。柠檬皮要尽量用刀削去白色的部分,只选择靠外层的黄色部分,否则口感会发苦发涩。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/2/14175336755392.jpg" title="IMG_0002.JPG" width="540" height="303" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 540px; height: 303px;"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/2/14175336952263.jpg" title="IMG_0004.JPG" width="540" height="303" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 540px; height: 303px;"/></center></p><p>2、碗里打入鸡蛋,并倒入细砂糖和柠檬皮屑混合物。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/2/14175337527029.jpg" title="IMG_0007.JPG" width="540" height="303" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 540px; height: 303px;"/></center></p><p>3、用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀。完全混合均匀即可,不要将鸡蛋打发。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/2/14175338039347.jpg" title="IMG_0008.JPG" width="540" height="303" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 540px; height: 303px;"/></center></p><p>4、倒入过筛后的低筋面粉。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/2/14175338396692.jpg" title="IMG_0009.JPG" width="540" height="303" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 540px; height: 303px;"/></center></p><p>5、继续用打蛋器搅拌均匀,一直搅拌到完全混合均匀,混合物呈浓稠的泥状。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/2/14175338838319.jpg" title="IMG_0010.JPG" width="540" height="303" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 540px; height: 303px;"/></center></p><p>6、把黄油加热溶化以后,倒入混合物里(最好趁黄油温热的时候倒入)。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/2/14175339594671.jpg" title="IMG_0012.JPG" width="540" height="303" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 540px; height: 303px;"/></center></p><p>7、再次用打蛋器搅拌均匀。搅拌到混合物成为光滑的泥状后,放入冰箱冷藏1个小时。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/2/14175339949294.jpg" title="IMG_0016.JPG" width="540" height="303" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 540px; height: 303px;"/></center></p><p>8、等待的同时,用液体的黄油涂抹模具。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/2/14175340855791.jpg" title="IMG_0033.JPG" width="540" height="303" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 540px; height: 303px;"/></center></p><p>9、从冰箱取出面糊。这时候面糊已经凝固。在室温下放置片刻,待面糊重新恢复到可流动的状态时,把面糊装入裱花袋,挤入玛德琳模具。大约9成满。(如不使用裱花袋,也可用勺子把面糊挖入模具)</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/2/14175341175266.jpg" title="IMG_0034.JPG" width="540" height="303" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 540px; height: 303px;"/></center></p><p>10、将模具放入预热好的烤箱,上下火190度,烤13-15分钟。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/2/14175341764101.jpg" title="IMG_0036.JPG" width="540" height="303" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 540px; height: 303px;"/></center></p><p>11、烤好的玛德琳,趁热脱模,再放在冷却架上冷却。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/2/14175342098427.jpg" title="IMG_0038.JPG" width="540" height="303" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 540px; height: 303px;"/></center></p>
