                                                <p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/15/14186253958649.jpg" title="CIMG7263.JPG"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/15/14186254399256.jpg" title="CIMG7267.JPG"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/15/14186254594138.jpg" title="CIMG7269.JPG"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>乡下亲戚送来些豆丝.豆丝是一种用绿豆,黄豆,大米浸泡后,磨做米浆,在锅里摊成皮,再切成粗条晒干,可煮当主食吃.新鲜湿的也可搭配腊肉炒着吃.以前湖北-带农村,每年冬季农闲的时候都会做.</p><p>食材;湿豆丝,腊肉,大蒜,少许红椒粒.</p><p>调料;味鲜酱油,胡椒,油盐.</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/15/14186255153345.jpg" title="CIMG7250_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>做法;</p><p>腊肉,大蒜洗净.</p><p>湿豆丝待用.</p><p>大蒜切寸段,腊肉切薄片.</p><p>豆丝切粗条.</p><p>锅内放油,煸香腊肉.</p><p>再放入豆丝用中火轻轻翻炒至干枯.</p><p>然后放大蒜盐.</p><p>放胡椒,味鲜酱油炒入味,出锅装盘即好.</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/15/14186255482614.jpg" title="CIMG7260_conew1.jpg"/></center></p>
