<p></p><p> <center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/30/14199020104414.jpg" style="width: 400px; height: 597px; " title="IMG_7442_副本_副本.jpg" width="400" height="597" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"/></center></p><p></p><p> 榴莲,虽然是重口味儿,身边爱吃的人却不在少数,后经发现,大多数都是女人。女人似乎更愿意接受这种奇怪的味道,每次吃与榴莲相关的东西,都会感觉回味无穷!只是,我家老公和婆婆都讨厌这个味道,所以这种点心只能偶尔做做,与其他一两好友分享一下便可。家里若买了榴莲肯定会被叨叨,哪怕用保鲜袋、加玻璃保鲜盒、再套塑料袋,多重包装,放冰箱里一样气味儿浓重。</p><p> </p><p> 爱吃榴莲的人会说简直就是人间美味儿,不爱吃的会撇着大嘴说“真恶心,闻着就想吐!”不过这东西真是走极端,我记得我小时侯就是后者,曾经因为无意间吃了块榴莲糖,那味儿给我难受的,一天没吃下饭!现在却觉得这个东西是真真地好吃,越吃越香!记得有一次趁老公玩游戏往他嘴里塞了块榴莲,当时的他连呛带咳,吐出来后直骂我要谋害亲夫!有那么严重吗?吓死我了,再也不开这样的玩笑了,还不如自己吃了算了呢,多好的东西啊,齁老贵的,说吐就吐了。这次做点儿榴莲酥,都我自己吃了就好,偷偷的,你们谁也别看见。出去吃饭每次点榴莲酥,家人们统一口径:你自己吃啊,离我们远点!</p><p> </p><p> 这次没用新鲜的榴莲,别人送的榴莲酱,个人感觉酱有点稠,兑了其他东西调制的,味道不那么原始了,但气味很重。也还不错。其实还是自己买来的榴莲搅打成泥的榴莲做馅味道更胜!无论用那种做馅,做法同理。话说周末在家烤点小点心,还是很有感觉的,有时候其实也不只是为吃,充实一下可爱的周末,和孩子一起做点事儿,挺好。</p><p>**********************************************************************************</p><p></p><p>面团的原料:普通面粉200克 黄油25克(活面用) 水110克, 片状黄油150克(夹在面团里出层儿用)</p><p>馅料:榴莲酱100克</p><p>表面刷蛋液:全蛋液适量</p><p><strong>详解酥皮的做法:</strong></p><p> <center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201412/30/14199020138878.jpg" style="width: 150px; height: 224px; "/></center> </p><p> 1.将冷藏好的面片取出</p><p> 2.擀成大片状</p><p> 3.从下到上卷起成卷状</p><p> 4.切成16个均匀的小剂子</p><p> 5.依次将每个小剂子擀成长条状</p><p> 6.再次将小长条状面片卷起成卷</p><p> 7.卷成卷的剂子切面朝下,按扁</p><p> 8.擀面杖擀成片状</p><p> 9.加入榴莲馅</p><p> 10.类似包饺子似的包起,不用捏褶,直接捏严实即可</p><p> 11.捏好的一侧边朝下稍加力调整一下造型</p><p> 12.将做好的榴莲酣酥摆入烤盘</p><p> 13.用毛刷刷上蛋液</p><p> 14.烤箱中上层220度烤25分钟却可出锅</p><p></p>
