font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; white-space: normal; width: 400px; height: 597px; "/></center>&nbsp;</p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;第一次吃“花盆儿”,是在市贸天阶的悦澜湾,感觉上面的渣渣跟土太相近,心理上有点接受不了,但吃起来味道真的好极了!第二次吃是在杭州外婆家的菜,特意自己点的一个花盆儿又尝了尝,跟悦澜湾的口感和味道差不多,都是芝士系列;在崇文门国瑞城的树心旁,各种口味的芝士装在杯里,也很精致,不过也很贵滴说。今天自己做来试试,免烤,操作起来极其容易,不存在鸡蛋需不需要打发等问题,原材料配齐,各种搅拌即可,口感和味道真的不输外面饭店做的!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;下面的量做了2个小舒芙蕾的碗,剩余一些放在慕斯杯里了,我和闺女一人一碗吃得很开心。现在,这种技术含量不高的甜品,带着娃一起和我操作就行了,个别搅拌的环节交给她就好,免得在旁边一个劲儿地叨叨叫喊,打扰我干活儿!做吃的,已经成为每周末的亲子活动之一。盆儿里面的小叶是我家绿罗新发的叶子,忍痛揪了几个,洗了洗,装扮了这盆儿芝士蛋糕,美也。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;冻芝士蛋糕,基本做法都是相近的,稀稠的芝士糊,利用吉利丁片或者鱼胶粉混在其中,放冰箱里冷藏成型即可,蛋糕入口即化,非常丝滑,不用占用操作者太多时间,20分钟够了,扔冰箱里冷藏去,忙完自己的事儿拿出来吃便可,这种甜品无疑是宴客时比较高大上的首选!</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>原料:奶油奶酪100克,细砂糖25克,原味儿酸奶90克,动物性淡奶油50ML,牛奶25ML,吉利丁片1片(5克),玉米淀粉1茶匙,鸡蛋(1个取蛋黄的1半即可,不用蛋清),柠檬汁7.5ML,朗姆酒5ML,奥利奥饼干3块(不去心)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>做法:如下图</p><p>&nbsp; height: 224px; "/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp;1.奶油奶酪加糖隔热水搅打至顺滑无颗粒</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2.加入蛋黄搅拌均匀</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3.分别加入柠檬汁和朗姆酒搅均</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;4.分次倒入原味儿酸奶搅拌均匀</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5.筛入玉米粉1茶匙</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;6.吉利丁片提前用凉水泡软</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;7.牛奶和淡奶油放入小锅里隔水加热变温后加入泡软的吉利丁片至融化开</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;8.将融化了吉利丁片的奶油液分次加入奶酪糊水搅拌均匀</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;9.将拌好的奶酪糊倒入容器中,冰箱冷藏1小时左右至奶酪糊定成型</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;10.将奥利奥饼干放入保鲜膜中用擀面丈擀碎</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;11.从冰箱取出冷藏好的冻芝士</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;12.将奥利奥碎均匀地洒在冻芝士上,装饰绿色小植即可</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp;
