                                                <p>上次做南瓜馒头剩下一些蒸熟的南瓜泥,&nbsp;我特意留了60克南瓜泥,南瓜泥一直放在冰箱里冻着,今天又时间就拿出来解冻做南瓜小饼干。</p><p><center><img title="1.jpg" style="FLOAT: none" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/13/1421142875575.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img title="IMG_20150113_141658_mh1421135982347.jpg" style="FLOAT: none" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/13/14211428762649.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 主料:低筋面粉100克,玉米淀粉40克,黄油60克,糖粉30克,去皮蒸熟南瓜泥60克。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 辅料:盐1克,抹茶粉2克。</p><p><center><img title="111.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/13/14211436287746.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1.准备材料:低筋面粉100克,玉米淀粉40克,黄油60克,糖粉30克,去皮蒸熟南瓜泥60克,<br/>盐1克,抹茶粉2克。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.黄油60克软化加糖粉,低速打至黄油颜色变浅,体积变大。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.加南瓜泥60克,加过筛的低筋面粉100克,玉米淀粉40克,盐1克。<br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4.揉成面团,重约277克。</p><p><center><img title="222.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/13/14211437319593.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1.称好10克一个小面团,揉了27个,剩下的7克面团放进抹茶粉里揉匀,做南瓜蒂。</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.取一个10克小面团,稍按扁,用牙签压出6道纹路。</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.依次用牙签做好27个。</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4.抹茶面团分成27份,揉成三角体,做南瓜蒂。</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5.抹茶蒂抹点水,沾在南瓜上。</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 6.放进烤箱全火,中层,烤25分钟即可。</p><p><center><img title="2.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/13/14211488962627.jpg"/></center></p>
