                                                <p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/17/14214893668435.jpg" title="QQ图片20150117180142.jpg"/></center></p><p>材料:鸡蛋4个,低筋面粉85g,牛奶80ml,玉米油50ml,糖40g,醋少许,醋栗果酱适量</p><p>步骤:1.将鸡蛋的蛋黄蛋清分离,分别装入小盆中(其中蛋清的盆须无油无水)</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2.蛋黄中加入10g糖,牛奶,玉米油搅匀</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3.低筋面粉过筛后倒入蛋黄液中,用刮刀翻拌均匀</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4.蛋清中滴入2滴醋,分次加入糖打发至湿性发泡</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5.取1/3蛋清倒入蛋黄糊中翻拌拌匀,再将蛋黄糊倒入蛋清中,翻拌均匀</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 6.烤盘铺油纸,将蛋糕糊倒入,尽量抹平,端起烤盘用力震两下,震出糊中的大气泡</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 7.烤箱预热165°C,中层25分钟.取出,将蛋糕倒扣在烤网上,趁热揭开油纸</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 8.待蛋糕稍稍冷却以后,把油纸从整个蛋糕上剥离下来,再把蛋糕重新铺放在油纸上。等到蛋</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 糕冷却,抹上醋栗果酱,卷起,卷好后的蛋糕卷,就势用油纸包裹起来,油纸两端拧紧</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 9.将蛋糕卷放入冰箱冷藏箱一小时,即可<br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/17/14214928338098.jpg" style="float:none;" title="dangaojuan1.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/17/14214928357704.jpg" style="float:none;" title="dangaojian2.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/17/14214928374443.jpg" style="float:none;" title="dangaojuan3.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/17/14214928383751.jpg" style="float:none;" title="dangaojuan4.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/17/14214928418511.jpg" style="float:none;" title="QQ图片20150117180142.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p>
