腊肉炒红菜苔
<p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/22/14218956103336.jpg" title="CIMG7708.JPG"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/22/14218956325533.jpg" title="CIMG7708.JPG"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/22/14218956594927.jpg" title="CIMG7709.JPG"/></center></p><p>红菜苔,又名紫菜苔,色紫红,花金黄.红菜苔营养丰富,含有钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素等成分.是武汉地区的特产.每年只有冬季才有,此菜质地脆嫩,一般都用手掐4厘米左右,取其嫩的部分.可以清炒,酸辣炒,加腊肉一起炒.冬季红菜苔是家家最常吃的菜.</p><p>食材;红菜苔1把,腊肉1小块,蒜头2粒.</p><p>调料;味精,油,盐.</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/22/14218957126791.jpg" title="CIMG7678_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>做法;</p><p>红菜苔用手掐4厘米左右长,取其嫩的部分.</p><p>腊肉切片.</p><p>掐好的菜苔洗干净,蒜头切粒备用.</p><p>热锅冷油放入腊肉煸香出油.</p><p>然后再放蒜粒菜苔炒断生.</p><p>放盐加味精就可出锅.(不要炒太熟,有点脆脆更好吃)</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/22/14218957428700.jpg" title="CIMG7706.JPG"/></center></p>
