奶白的红头鱼豆腐汤
<p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/14220701086456.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_0893_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/14220701097109.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_0896_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/14220701105321.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_0906_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>红头鱼体色红润,身体苗条,颇有妇女之貌,故称红娘鱼;</p><p>它具有清热除火,通乳生乳,养胃,利尿消肿,养阴补虚的功效;</p><p>用来做产妇的崔乳汤效果非常好;</p><p>红头鱼在海滨城市,只吃新鲜的,</p><p>极少吃冷冻d的,它非常的腥,鱼肉非常少,</p><p>去掉鱼头,基本就没有了,基本都是用来炖,</p><p>俗话说的好:千滚豆腐万滚鱼,</p><p>炖的时间长一点,能把鲜味都炖出来。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/14220701423270.jpg" title="IMG_0906_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><strong>红头鱼豆腐汤</strong></p><p>材料:红头鱼1000克,豆腐700克,植物油适量,盐适量,葱、姜、蒜适量,料酒适量</p><p>做法:</p><p>1、新鲜的红头鱼,颜色非常鲜艳,红红亮亮的;刨肚去肠,鱼鳔不要扔掉;务必清洗干净,红头鱼腥气来自血,多清洗几遍;</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/14220701668328.jpg" title="initpintu_1副本.jpg"/></center>2、豆腐切块;</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/14220701831162.jpg" title="IMG_0881_副本.jpg"/></center>3、炒锅放适量的油,爆香葱姜蒜,放入清水,水量一定要一次放足,放入红头鱼;为了炖红头鱼,特意换上大号的炒锅;</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/1422070201753.jpg" title="initpintu_2副本.jpg"/></center>4、倒入料酒;放入豆腐;大火烧开,转中小火,炖40分钟左右,最后放盐调味,即可起锅。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/14220702191652.jpg" title="initpintu_3副本.jpg"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/24/14220702343948.jpg" title="IMG_0898_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p></p><p>啰嗦:</p><p>红头鱼的肚子一定要清洗干净,鱼鳔是好东西,不要扔掉,随着炖一块吃掉,水一定要一次加足,中途不要加水。</p><p><br/>原文地址:http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_4faf427d0102vcoh.html</p>
