font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; white-space: normal; width: 500px; height: 333px;"/></center></p><p>随着“长腿欧巴,叫兽欧巴”的流行,各种韩国美食也越来越受大家的追捧。对于我来说,吃似乎比欧巴更来得实际,一说去韩国旅行,我第一想到的就是韩剧里出现过的各种美食。正宗石锅拌饭,看蔡琳吃得那叫一个香;血肠,看剧里的女人们尤为钟爱;还有一些男女主人公在相恋之前在某个街角相遇,开始边吃路边摊边探讨各自当下或如意或不如意的人生,剧情都那一套,反而吃的东西都那么吸引我!</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;现在,不知道这个部队锅怎么着就又引领了潮流,风靡大街小巷。其实我一直管这个叫“泡菜锅”!因为所有的食材都是经过加了泡菜的汤煮至的,而所有煮好的食材,都是依附在辣白菜味道的基础上而更加美味。后来出去吃饭,说吃部队锅,开始还挺好奇的,吃上以后才发现与泡菜锅大同小异,有肉有香肠,有豆腐还有其他各式蔬菜,与我常做的泡菜锅相比,只是食材更加丰富了些而已,因此更加好奇“部队锅”的来历。&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;源于好奇又查了查相关说法,据说韩国部队火锅的名字有着不平凡的来历。</p><p><br/>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;二战结束后,韩国从日本的殖民统治下解放出来,但并未取得真正的独立,大批美军随即进驻朝鲜半岛南部,苏军则占领了半岛北部。不久朝鲜战争爆发,韩国老百姓的生活物资极度匮乏,甚至出现了吃树叶充饥的事情。而驻韩美军的物资供给却十分富足,一些美国大兵把把还没有吃完的火腿,香肠随手扔掉,可这些垃圾对饥渴的韩国人来说,却像是天上掉下的馅饼一样。当地人将其捡回洗干净,再加上自己自制的泡菜,豆腐,豆芽等煮一。当时人们还给它起了个洋名字叫约翰逊汤。后来,这道菜慢慢传遍了韩国,名字也逐渐本土化,变成了部队火锅。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;无论它叫“泡菜锅”,还是“部队锅”,或者同样味道煮了碗面又叫“火锅面”,对于我来说都是难以抵抗的美味儿。有几次下班走在街上,浑身一打冷颤,我脑袋里第一浮现的就是赶紧回家做一顿泡菜锅,满脑袋就是辣白菜和肥牛,大虾和金针菇,似乎这一锅连汤带菜的,吃下肚就能抵御寒冷,实际上这么想想心里也觉得温暖来着。</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201501/29/1422495303674.jpg" style="width: 150px; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;12.盛出享用</p>
