                                                <p><center><img title="DSC_4799.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/3/14253867389745.jpg"/></center></p><p>原料:猪肉250克、鸡蛋1只。</p><p>调料:盐1/2小匙、蚝油1汤匙、陈醋2汤匙、生抽1汤匙、白糖2汤匙、老抽1小匙、淀粉、姜蓉、葱花、蒜蓉适量。</p><p>做法:1、猪肉洗净剁成馅;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2、将肉馅放入碗中,加入蚝油、姜蓉、淀粉、白糖搅拌上劲;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3、取肉馅,搓成丸子;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4、鸡蛋打入碗中搅匀,放入丸子沾上蛋液;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5、再放在淀粉上滚上一层粉;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 6、油烧至七成熟,放入肉丸子炸;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;7、将肉丸子捞出沥油;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;8、冷油放入姜蓉、蒜蓉、葱白炒香;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 9、调入陈醋、生抽、白糖、水煮开;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;10、倒入水淀粉,煮至汁浓稠;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 11、放入炸好的肉丸子,炒至肉丸均匀沾上酱汁;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 12、撒上葱花,即可</p><p><center><img title="1.jpg" style="HEIGHT: 509px; WIDTH: 432px" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/3/14253867629335.jpg" width="640" height="906"/></center></p><p><center><img title="2.jpg" style="HEIGHT: 554px; WIDTH: 431px" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/3/14253867792974.jpg" width="639" height="906"/></center></p><p><center><img title="DSC_4793.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/3/14253868045534.jpg"/></center></p><p></p>
