标题: 糯米酿豆腐

                                                <p><center><img title="DSC_4923.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/9/14259023107664.jpg"/></center></p><p>原料:糯米100克、油豆腐25只、瑶柱80克、红葱头30克、猪肉100克、香菇7只。</p><p>调料:蚝油1汤匙、生抽1小匙、盐1小匙、鸡精1/3小匙。</p><p>做法:1、油豆腐洗净,用刀切开个口;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2、瑶柱提前浸泡剁成末,红葱心切成小粒;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3、猪肉剁成馅,香菇切成末;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;4、热锅冷油放入红葱头炒香;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5、倒入瑶柱、香菇末,炒半分钟;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 6、加入猪肉馅,继续煸炒;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 7、倒入浸泡过的糯米;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 8、调入生抽、蚝油、盐、鸡精炒均匀;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;9、用汤匙将炒好的馅料塞入油豆腐内;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 10、盘子涂上一层盐、油,再放入酿好的豆腐;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;11、倒入冷水,大火蒸1小时;</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 12、出锅前,撒上葱花。</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><center><img title="1.jpg" style="HEIGHT: 438px; WIDTH: 406px" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/9/1425902312361.jpg" width="640" height="800"/></center></p><p><center><img title="2.jpg" style="HEIGHT: 431px; WIDTH: 394px" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/9/14259023148754.jpg" width="640" height="800"/></center></p><p><center><img title="DSC_4921.JPG" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201503/9/14259023153522.jpg"/></center></p><p></p>
