margin: 0px auto 10px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; max-width: 640px; display: block; text-align: center;"/></center><br style="line-height: 25.200000762939453px;"/></p><p> 7、将打发好的蛋清拌入巧克力面糊里。用橡皮刮刀采用从底部往上翻版的方式拌匀,不要画圈搅拌。</p><p>8、将一个6英寸的圆形蛋糕模内壁涂抹一层黄油防粘,将蛋糕糊倒入模具里,表面抹平,放入预热好185℃的烤箱里,烤35分钟左右。直到蛋糕完全膨起。用牙签扎入蛋糕内部,拔出的牙签上没有残留物,就表示烤熟了。</p><p>9、烤好的蛋糕冷却后脱模,切掉顶部凸起的部分,再横切成三片备用。</p><p><center><img src="http://sucimg.itc.cn/sblog/jb04b8e7cc7f4ad0061ee72698e2c0d3f" border="0" style="line-height: 25.200000762939453px; margin: 0px auto 10px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; max-width: 640px; display: block; text-align: center;"/></center><br style="line-height: 25.200000762939453px;"/></p><p>10、制作夹心和覆面的材料。160克鲜奶油和160克切成小块的黑巧克力混合,倒入小锅用小火加热并不断搅拌直到完全溶化(或用微波炉加热后搅拌至溶化,不需要小锅)。静置冷却直到变得浓稠。制成的浓滑混合物称为巧克力甘纳许。</p><p>11、蓝莓果酱和朗姆酒混合,用微波炉加热片刻(或隔水加热),搅拌到果酱受热变稀。</p><p>12、将果酱趁热涂抹在三片蛋糕片上。涂抹完后将蛋糕片放入冰箱冷藏片刻,使果酱冷却凝固。</p><p>13、第11步制作的巧克力甘纳许静置到浓稠可涂抹的程度。铺一片涂了果酱的蛋糕片(果酱面朝上)在裱花台上,涂抹70克巧克力甘纳许在蛋糕片上。</p><p><br style="line-height: 25.200000762939453px;"/></p><p><center><img src="http://sucimg.itc.cn/sblog/j214dd1fd6bc6e62609fd3d39ef8b0400" border="0" style="line-height: 25.200000762939453px;
