/>春节很快就过去了,估计好吃好喝的你又肥了一圈,但是碰到提拉米苏布朗尼,即使你变胖了,依然能够带你走。。。</P><p>味道浓郁啊,或者又轻盈,好像说的很矛盾呢,它的滋味就是这样,不像一般的布朗尼那样肥腻,口感更轻盈些,反正最喜欢吃的就是提拉米苏,不管变出什么花样,就是喜欢咧。</P><p></p><p>方子来自http://www.mybakingaddiction.com/tiramisu-brownies-recipe/</p><p>这个是她做得模样。</p><p><center><img /></center></p><p></p><p>我做的正面的摸样不如人家做得好,侧面的切面比较好看些。</p><p></p><p>配料:(适合17X28cm的长方形烤盘)</p><p>布朗尼:</p><p>巧克力 226g</p><p>软化黄油 150g</p><p>糖 40g(因为巧克力比较甜,所以糖量我减少了)<br />鸡蛋 3个</p><p>蛋白 2个</p><p>低粉 80g</p><p></p><p>提拉米苏:</p><p>马斯卡彭奶酪 150g</p><p>奶油奶酪 150g</p><p>糖 30g</p><p>蛋白 2个</p><p>香草精 适量</p><p>手指饼干 十几个</p><p>速溶咖啡 半杯</p><p></p><p><center><img name="image_operate_74001426851142250" /></p><p>3、加入低粉,低速搅拌均匀(为了防止面粉飞溅,要先用打蛋头搅拌一下)。加入融化并大致冷却的巧克力搅拌均匀(巧克力我放到锅中隔水融化后,就在那里保温了,怕完全冷却后又凝固了),布朗尼糊就是这样了。<br /><center><img name="image_operate_39701426851235937"
