<p>干蘑菇一类的菌类,好像炖汤用的比较多,用来炒这吃的好像还是比较少的。</p><p>今天买了一点滑子菇,想了想,决定还是炒来吃。嗯,还真是挺好吃的,吃起来有一点点脆,而且炒的时候,那香气四溢啊,说这又饿了.....</p><p>菌香五花肉:</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201504/6/14283267521259.jpg" title="IMG_20150406_173113.jpg"/></center></p><p>主辅料:干滑子菇70克,五花肉100克,蒜台4根,玉米淀粉适量。</p><p>调料:蚝油适量,料酒适量,盐一匙半,鸡精一匙,泡椒汁一勺,辣椒粉适量。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201504/6/14283269114737.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_20150406_131430.jpg"/></center></p><p>1、干滑子菇70克,提前四小时浸泡涨发。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201504/6/14283269121584.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_20150406_163023.jpg"/></center></p><p>2、泡发的菇掐去根部不能吃的部分。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201504/6/14283269131748.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_20150406_171139.jpg"/></center></p><p>3、五花肉切片,蒜台切斜段。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201504/6/14283269145719.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_20150406_171641.jpg"/></center></p><p>4、肉片先下锅,小火炒干水分,然后倒油。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201504/6/14283269158688.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_20150406_171819.jpg"/></center></p><p>5、炒至肉片全部变色后,加一点老抽,继续炒一小会。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201504/6/14283269163566.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_20150406_171919.jpg"/></center></p><p>6、滑子菇入锅,大火炒一分半左右。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201504/6/14283269172291.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_20150406_172116.jpg"/></center></p><p>7、调入食盐,辣椒粉,蚝油。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201504/6/14283269189488.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_20150406_172213.jpg"/></center></p><p>8、加一点水,盖上锅盖,转中小火焖烧两分钟。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201504/6/14283269199954.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_20150406_172342.jpg"/></center></p><p>9、水分快收干的时候加入蒜台,然后倒入一勺泡椒汁,炒匀,再玉米淀粉勾薄芡即可出锅装盘。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201504/6/14283269209671.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_20150406_172615.jpg"/></center></p><p>10、香气四溢。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201504/6/14283269214178.jpg" style="float:none;" title="IMG_20150406_173113.jpg"/></center></p><p>11、准备开饭。<br/></p>
