中国的馒头不亚于国外的主食面包,也可以做出很多花样来。各种杂粮的、各种形状的,煎、烙、炸、蒸、煮等各种烹饪方法,用在面食上,令人眼花缭乱,给人无限遐想,让人难以忘怀。</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong> 原料:</strong>面粉300克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 紫薯90克&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 面粉200克(紫薯面团)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
