&nbsp;5月樱桃红了,也是樱桃成熟的季节,收到同城网和苏宁易购提供的山东天宝露天大樱桃试吃,中途出了点差错,感谢小美及时帮我处理,昨天顺利收到苏宁易购的山东天宝露天大樱桃,在此感谢小美,感谢同城网和苏宁易购。</p><p><center><img title="SAM_2611_副本.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/20/14321040034947.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 山东的天宝镇,号称中华樱桃第一镇,据说种植樱桃已经有上千年的历史,独特的品种和生长条件,天宝樱桃个大,皮薄、味美、营养丰富。被誉为“果之珍品”,是古代宫廷指定的特急贡品,号称北方鲜果第一枝,与南方荔枝齐名。</p><p><center><img title="SAM_2604_副本.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/20/14321042089836.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 一早就接到顺丰快递的电话,送来的是苏宁易购的天宝露天大樱桃,打开盒子,映入眼帘的是一封感谢信,信的开头是感谢消费者购买山东天宝大樱桃,后面介绍和讲诉了采摘樱桃的过程和辛苦,看完信才知道,辛辛苦苦一年,收获只有一个月时间左右。而且全部是由人工摘取,在樱桃成熟的这段时间,果农每天休息不会超过3小时,原来个大,皮薄、味美的天宝大樱桃,是果农们的辛苦的付出,向果农们致敬!</p><p><center><img title="SAM_2605_副本.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/20/1432104590825.jpg"/></center>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;打开泡沫盒子,有一层冰袋,用来保持低温,保证樱桃的新鲜度,虽然冰已经化掉了,但还是冰冰的。</p><p><center><img title="SAM_2607_副本.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/20/14321047322287.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 拿掉冰袋,一个个皮薄,娇艳欲滴的樱桃以最新鲜的状态呈现在我的面前,立马把樱桃清洗净后与家人一起品尝,果然是皮薄多汁,果肉很有弹性。口感属于清甜型,很清爽的酸甜滋味,爸妈也说的确和平时市面上买的不一样。如此明艳色泽,唯有黑森林蛋糕才能衬托出它的娇艳欲滴。</p><p><center><img title="SAM_2643_副本.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/20/14321068404386.jpg"/></center></p><p>原料:</p><p>八寸戚风蛋糕1个&nbsp;&nbsp; HEIGHT: 226px" title="SAM_2643_副本.jpg" border="0" hspace="0" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/20/14321079937193.jpg" width="300" height="226"/></center></p><p>步骤:</p><p>1 黑巧克力备用</p><p>2 黑巧克力隔水融化,等自然冷却,把巧克力放入冰箱冷藏</p><p>3 等巧克力凝固后,用刮刀或者小勺轻轻挂出巧克力屑</p><p>4 刮好的巧克力屑备用</p><p>5 戚风蛋糕分成三片(戚风蛋糕怎么制作,我前面的日志里有,这里就不啰嗦了)</p><p>6 淡奶油加入糖打发</p><p>7 取一片蛋糕,涂上打发的蛋奶油抹平</p><p>8 再铺上另一片蛋糕,放上淡奶油继续抹平</p><p>9 盖上第三片蛋糕</p><p>10 放上淡奶油继续抹平</p><p>11 在整个蛋糕外部涂抹上淡奶油,正面,侧面全部抹平</p><p>12 用勺子把巧克力屑一点点放在侧面,全部放好后再上面挤12朵奶油花</p><p>13 放上12个天宝大樱桃</p><p>14 正面 撒上黑巧克力屑,漂亮的黑森林蛋糕就此诞生啦</p><p><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="SAM_2646_副本.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/20/14321081253829.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img style="FLOAT: none" title="SAM_2614_副本.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/20/14321081277257.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img title="SAM_2644_副本.jpg" src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/20/14321085638980.jpg"/></center></p>
