                                                <p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/23/14323671329598.jpg" title="成品.JPG"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 豇豆,豇读jiang,是夏季常见的蔬菜之一,当地都称它为“豆角”。具有理中益气、健胃补肾、和五脏、调颜养身、生精髓、止消渴、吐逆泄痢、解毒的功效。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 豇豆的作法很多,可以炒菜、做馅、腌制,还可以烧烤,也可以做成干菜冬天吃。天气越来越热,凉拌是个不错的吃法。说话以前自己做菜,挺粗糙的,那时凉拌豆角是这样的:</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/23/14323675489873.jpg" title="0.JPG"/></center> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;现在,看到网上的食友们做菜都好精致,有时候自己也花些时间,把它做成这样:</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/23/14323676404755.jpg" title="成品1.JPG"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 味道都是一样的,换个了造型,有没有感觉更清爽一些呢?</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 材料:豇豆1把,蒜少许,盐2克,麻汁10克,醋少许。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 制作:</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1,豇豆1把,洗净,切成3、4厘米左右的段。锅内水烧开,将豆角焯至断生。捞出控水,趁热加1克盐拌匀。稍腌片刻,夹到盘内排整齐。</p><p></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/23/14323681166696.jpg" style="width: 293px; height: 220px;" title="1.JPG" width="293" height="220" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/23/14323681189092.jpg" title="2.JPG" width="293" height="220" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="line-height: 1.6; width: 293px; height: 220px;"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/23/14323681197716.jpg" style="width: 293px; height: 220px;" title="3.JPG" width="293" height="220" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/23/14323681207830.jpg" title="4.JPG" width="293" height="220" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="line-height: 1.6; width: 293px; height: 220px;"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2,蒜瓣做成蒜泥,淋少许醋。加入麻汁,1克盐,少许凉开水搅拌均匀。<br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/23/14323681213484.jpg" style="width: 293px; height: 220px;" title="5.JPG" width="293" height="220" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/23/14323681222014.jpg" title="6.JPG" width="293" height="220" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="line-height: 1.6; width: 293px; height: 220px;"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3,将麻汁蒜泥浇到豆角上面,这道菜就完成了。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/23/14323684506084.jpg" title="成品2.JPG"/></center>超级啰嗦: &nbsp;&nbsp;<br/></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1,豆角一定要焯熟,但又不能焯过,不然没有了脆的口感。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2,不喜欢蒜的可以不加,凉拌菜加点蒜食用更健康一些。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3,盐的多少根据自己的口味。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 4,麻汁太浓稠,所以加了一点儿水稀释了一下,不喜可以不加水。</p>
