<p><center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433000879eeVV.jpg"/></center></center></p><p>继上次的刀工一、二,之后,一直没再接着更新,</p><p>这几天又被朋友们在微信上追着要“债”,</p><p>那咱们就继续哈,</p><p>我做到什么菜,就更新相关的切法。</p><p>其实对于刀工,</p><p>说实话,捷径只有练习。</p><p>我就是这样,</p><p>能用刀的,绝不用工具,</p><p>能切的丝,绝不用刨的。</p><p>久而久之,便能孰能生巧。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433000878Inp2.jpg"/></center></p><p>=================【如何切土豆丝】=====================</p><p>原料:土豆一个</p><p>工具:菜刀一把</p><p> </p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_14330008781ria.jpg"/></center></p><p>1:准备一个土豆,把泥土清洗干净。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433000877I0ym.jpg"/></center></p><p>2:去皮,这个可以用去皮器哈。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433000876lgc5.jpg"/></center></p><p>3:从任意一面下刀,切去两个薄片。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433000876b7Hk.jpg"/></center></p><p>4:把切口朝下,这样,土豆就会放得很稳,方便切片。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_143300087359Qv.jpg"/></center></p><p>4:紧挨着,直刀切成薄片。(如果想要切的丝更长的,切片的时候,斜度可以放大一些,就像黑色线条所示)</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433000873hUjh.jpg"/></center></p><p>5:切好的土豆片要确保统一厚薄,这样后面切丝才会一样粗细。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433000872jjXl.jpg"/></center></p><p>6:一次切好的土豆片。(因为是直刀切,所以切好的土豆片连在一起,显得还是很高)</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433000872w7DD.jpg"/></center></p><p>7:用左手轻轻的从右到左,把土豆片一次按扁一些。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_14330008719p5o.jpg"/></center></p><p>8:从头开始,均匀的切成细丝。有时候都怕太细,特意切大一点。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433000870IgIg.jpg"/></center></p><p>9:依次切完。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_14330008706fd7.jpg"/></center></p><p>10:切好的土豆丝马上浸泡在清水里,洗去淀粉。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433000869hZ28.jpg"/></center></p><p>11:浸泡过后的土豆丝更清爽。</p><p><center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201505/30/454155_1433000879eeVV.jpg"/></center></center></p><p></p>
