标题: 甘蓝手擀面

                                                <p>自从食堂没有早餐供应以后,平时每到周末,我都会做些面包,馒头或饺子,放起来冷冻方便早餐</p><p>这次做的是面条,其实面条在我们家的出镜率也不多,平均每周也就一天左右。</p><p>我做面条纯属享受过程,所以制作的量也少</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/8/14337266914083.jpg" title="DSC_0088.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;这次榨的紫甘蓝汁用的水有点多,颜色浅了</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/8/14337267151361.jpg" style="float:none;" title="DSC_0090.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 淡淡的紫色,小孩子也很喜欢哦</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/8/14337267177844.jpg" style="float:none;" title="DSC_0093.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/8/14337267914949.jpg" title="9.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;可以马上下锅煮,也可以放冰箱冷冻保存</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/8/14337268095282.jpg" title="DSC_0085.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>……………………………………………………做法如下………………………………………………</p><p><br/></p><p>材料:面粉150g &nbsp;紫甘蓝50g 水适量 盐少许</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/8/14337268566720.jpg" title="长.jpg"/></center></p><p>做法:</p><p>1.准备好材料</p><p>2.紫甘蓝加适量清水榨取汁</p><p>3.面粉中加入少许盐,边加甘蓝水加用筷子搅拌均匀</p><p>4.和成团,盖上保鲜膜醒10分钟</p><p>5.揉成光滑的面团,醒半小时</p><p>6.擀面大片的薄面片</p><p>7.表面撒上适量面粉防粘,折叠起来</p><p>8.用刀切成条状</p><p>9.再撒适量面粉防粘,抖开即可</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/8/14337269085694.jpg" title="DSC_0088.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>
