标题: 焦香蔓越莓饼干

                                                <p>之前有做过原味蔓越莓饼干,当时妹妹和表妹超级喜欢,统统打包带走了。<br/></p><p>今天这款焦香蔓越莓饼干,顾名思义,就是多了一份焦糖味。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/11/14339955781706.jpg" title="焦香蔓越莓饼干 1.jpg"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/11/14339955927419.jpg" title="焦香蔓越莓饼干 2.jpg"/></center></p><p>材料:低粉100g,黄油80g,焦糖糖浆65g,细砂糖20g,鸡蛋10g,蔓越莓干20g,盐0.5ml .</p><p>焦糖糖浆:(我是用之前做焦糖葡萄干蛋糕剩余的)细砂糖100g,冷水15g,热水75g .</p><p><br/></p><p>制作过程:</p><p>1、黄油软化以后,加入细砂糖和盐,用打蛋器搅打均匀,不需要打发。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/11/14340069178680.jpg" title="IMG_0041.JPG" width="600" height="337" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 600px; height: 337px;"/></center></p><p>2、在黄油里倒入鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/11/14340069434638.jpg" title="IMG_0043.JPG" width="600" height="337" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 600px; height: 337px;"/></center></p><p>3、再倒入冷却的焦糖糖浆。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/11/14340069868327.jpg" title="IMG_0045.JPG" width="600" height="337" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 600px; height: 337px;"/></center></p><p>4、继续用打蛋器搅拌均匀,低筋面粉筛入黄油里。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/11/14340070279485.jpg" title="IMG_0047.JPG" width="600" height="337" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 600px; height: 337px;"/></center></p><p>5、用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀,直到面粉完全湿润,成为面糊。在面糊里加入蔓越莓干并翻拌均匀。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/11/14340070585780.jpg" title="IMG_0049.JPG" width="600" height="337" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 600px; height: 337px;"/></center></p><p>6、拌好的面糊可能比较湿软,把它放进冰箱冷藏30分钟到1个小时,直到变得干硬。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/11/14340070936631.jpg" title="IMG_0050.JPG" width="600" height="337" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 600px; height: 337px;"/></center></p><p>7、将冷藏变硬的面糊,用手整形成长条形,并用油纸包起来,放进冰箱冷冻室,彻底冻硬(1个小时左右)。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/11/14340071173968.jpg" title="IMG_0071.JPG" width="600" height="337" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 600px; height: 337px;"/></center></p><p>8、把冻硬的面团切成厚薄均匀的片。排入烤盘,放进预热好190度的烤箱,烤12分钟左右即可。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/11/1434007144145.jpg" title="IMG_0081.JPG" width="600" height="337" border="0" hspace="0" vspace="0" style="width: 600px; height: 337px;"/></center></p>
