                                                <p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/26/14353169847270.jpg" title="杨枝甘露"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;这么多天了是又闷又热,看着天阴沉沉的就是不下雨,外面的树呀草呀看着也是干 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;巴巴 的,有气无力的样子,每天查看天气预报,总是后面的某一天有小雨,就这么盼 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 着,好不容易盼到跟前不是阴天就是多云,又是一场空,接着再看天气预报那天有雨</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;,盼着下雨,哪怕一场小雨,也会让这闷热的空气凉爽很多,树呀草呀的滋润很多。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;杨枝甘露,一款港式招牌甜品,光看名字很难想象这是怎样的一个吃的东东,我 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 也跟很多人一样,第一次看到这个名字时想到的是观世音菩萨,想到的是这个杨枝甘 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;露确实是可以吃的吗。。。</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/26/14353184483748.jpg" title="DSC_0142_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/26/1435318473444.jpg" title="DSC_0143.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>原料: 芒果4个 &nbsp; &nbsp;西柚半个 &nbsp; 西米50克 &nbsp; &nbsp;椰汁100克 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;牛奶100克 &nbsp; &nbsp;白糖20克 &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;淡奶油10克(可不放) &nbsp; &nbsp;凉开水适量<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/26/14353189169639.jpg" title="SAM_0049_副本.jpg"/></center>&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/26/14353189363668.jpg" title="SAM_0050_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/26/14353189693617.jpg" title="SAM_0051_副本.jpg"/></center>&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/26/1435318994663.jpg" title="SAM_0052_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>1 &nbsp;准备好原料,开水凉凉。</p><p>2 &nbsp;煮锅加够足量的水烧开,下入西米小火煮13分钟(保持锅中一直小沸腾的状态),关火</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 盖上锅盖焖7分钟左右,至西米中心有一点小白点,过凉水冲凉。</p><p>3 &nbsp;冲凉的西米捞入凉开水中放入冰箱冷藏备用。</p><p>4 &nbsp; 牛奶、椰汁、淡奶油(可不加)白糖倒入锅中,小火慢慢加热至糖融化,关火凉凉。</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/26/14353196945659.jpg" title="SAM_0053_副本.jpg"/></center>&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/26/14353197126034.jpg" title="SAM_0054_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/26/14353197426745.jpg" title="SAM_0055_副本.jpg"/></center>&nbsp;<center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/26/14353197629698.jpg" title="SAM_0056_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>5 &nbsp;凉椰奶的时间,将西柚剥出红色果肉备用,芒果取1/3果肉切丁备用。</p><p>6 &nbsp;剩下2/3芒果果肉放入料理机中加入晾凉的椰奶。</p><p>7 &nbsp;搅打成细腻的糊状。</p><p>8 &nbsp; 捞出西米控净水分放入容器中,倒入椰奶芒果糊搅匀,放上西柚果粒、芒果粒即可(冷藏一下风味更佳)。</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/26/14353204284434.jpg" title="DSC_0144_副本.jpg"/></center></p><p><br/></p><p>唠叨: 1 煮西米的时候要一次加足水量,西米会吸收水分膨胀。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2 淡奶油没有可不加,没什么大的影响。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3 芒果肉也可以放入碗中用勺子压成果泥。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4 我买的椰汁含糖分,白糖的分量酌情增减。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p>
