                                                <p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 我想我是一个对肉不是很感冒的人,从实习开始一个人开伙到现在,印象中自己买肉的次数可以用屈指可数来形容了。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;鸡蛋炸酱面,我想还蛮适合像我一样对肉不是很感冒的人O(∩_∩)O~</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/30/14356283318749.jpg" title="IMG_5286.JPG"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;鸡蛋是冰箱里会备着的食材,做起来也很是方便,一顿下来好便宜( ⊙ o ⊙ )啊!</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/30/14356286061765.jpg" title="IMG_5284.JPG"/></center></p><p>【材料】</p><p> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 鸡蛋 &nbsp; &nbsp;1个 &nbsp; &nbsp;青瓜 &nbsp; &nbsp;1截 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;大蒜 &nbsp; 1-2瓣 &nbsp; &nbsp; 面条 &nbsp; &nbsp; 150克<br/></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 甜面酱 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;100克</p><p><br/></p><p>【做法】</p><p>1、青瓜洗净刨成丝、大蒜切碎备用。</p><p>2、鸡蛋打散加一小勺水搅拌均匀。</p><p>3、炒锅热油,倒入鸡蛋液,稍微凝固时用筷子拨散成蛋碎,装起备用。</p><p>4、另热油,放入蒜末炒香,加入甜面酱略微翻炒。</p><p>5、倒入炒好的蛋碎,小火翻炒至有点浓稠即可。</p><p>6、锅中加水烧开,下面条煮至断生后,过冷水捞起控干装盘。</p><p>7、放上青瓜丝和炒好的鸡蛋炸酱就完成了。</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/30/14356305323643.jpg" title="a242.jpg"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 准备材料中(冰镇过的青瓜凉凉脆脆)。。。。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/30/14356307233487.jpg" title="242a.jpg"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;制作蛋碎(蛋液加了水口感更嫩哦)</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/30/1435631054285.jpg" title="a34.jpg"/></center> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;炸酱完成</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/30/14356311896454.jpg" title="23a5.jpg"/></center>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 装盘,准备开动╰(๑◕ ▽ ◕๑)╯</p><p><br/></p><p>【叨叨】<br/></p><p>1、甜面酱各家的浓稠度不一样,如果太干,可以适当的加点水<br/></p><p>2、一个鸡蛋的炸酱,足够两人份了<br/></p><p>3、喜欢甜一点的亲,炒酱的时候可以加点糖</p><p><br/></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201506/30/14356315719223.jpg" title="IMG_5288.JPG"/></center></p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;鸡蛋一个、半袋甜面酱,一截青瓜,只花了很少的钱和时间就解决了一顿午饭O(∩_∩)O~<br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>
