&nbsp; &nbsp; 暄软洁白的外皮,肉馅汁多咸鲜,咬一口,嘴满的香呀。</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 原料:猪肉馅180克 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 白菜250克 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;面粉500克 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;酵母粉2克 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 水240克 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;洋葱30克 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 姜粉1克 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 包子调料1克 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;盐适量 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;生抽4克 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 老抽2克 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;料酒4克 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; font-size: 16px; width: 320px; height: 241px;"/></center></p><p>13、依次将所有的包子都包好,盖上湿布,饧发20分钟。</p><p>14、锅内烧开水,将包子放到锅中,大气,蒸20分钟,关火。</p><p>包子出锅了,一个个像花似的,很可爱噢。</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201507/3/14359057965808.jpg" title="20150702_180102.jpg" style="font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16px; float: none;"/></center></p><p>小提示:关火后,要等2、3分钟,再把包子拿出来。拌肉馅时,要往肉里打点水,就是要少量多次的加水,顺一个方向搅拌,让肉馅渐渐湿润滑嫩。白菜水分多,拌馅前要将白菜的水分挤出来,一是去掉白菜的臭味,二是防止肉馅出水。白菜拌入后,如果肉馅淡了,还可以加盐再调。面粉的吸水量不同,和面时要根据吸水量添加水。</p><p></p><p></p><p><br/></p>
