三鲜猪肉馄饨
<p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201507/11/14366062964592.jpg" title="CIMG1160.JPG"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201507/11/14366063237144.jpg" title="CIMG1163.JPG"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201507/11/14366063427819.jpg" title="CIMG1170.JPG"/></center></p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201507/11/14366063766728.jpg" title="CIMG1166.JPG"/></center>平常有空时,我喜欢多包一点馄饨,放在冰箱冷冻.需要吃时随时拿出来就可煮,既方便又快捷.但包好的馄饨也不能时间放太久,最好1星期内吃完.</p><p>食材;猪肉馄饨,鸡蛋,虾,海苔,小葱.</p><p>调料,高汤,胡椒粉,盐,油.</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201507/11/14366064367778.jpg" title="CIMG1142_conew1.jpg"/></center></p><p>做法;备好食材待用.</p><p>鸡蛋放少许盐搅拌均匀,虾去壳去肠洗净,海苔剪细条,香葱切细粒.</p><p>热锅刷油,倒入蛋液煎熟.</p><p>卷成筒切粗条.</p><p>锅内再放少许油,炒炒虾仁盛出.</p><p>倒入开水,放馄饨煮开.</p><p>加一遍凉水,馄饨浮起即好.</p><p>碗中盛入高汤,加点白胡椒粉.</p><p>煮好的馄饨捞出放入碗中.</p><p>放入蛋丝,海苔丝,虾仁撒上葱花即成.</p><p><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201507/11/14366064793212.jpg" title="CIMG1169.JPG"/></center><center><img src="http://i3.meishichina.com/attachment/201507/11/14366065212190.jpg" title="CIMG1163.JPG"/></center></p>
